You’ll get a 90-minute in-depth coaching call with me to deep dive into your nutrition and your mindset around healthy habits. This call will focus on looking at what you’re already doing so that we can work together to create a better plan of action.

You will leave this coaching call with a clear idea of what your nutrition should look like to finally achieve your goals.

And while the conversation alone will be incredibly valuable to you, I don’t want to just leave you hanging because I know you might have follow-up questions and perhaps you’ll even need some accountability to implement the things we discuss on our call. This is why I’m including continued access as part of the package!

I want you to get the help you need, and I know that some people are super self-motivated and just don’t need three months of coaching. If you’re someone who is incredibly driven to implement tools and strategies consistently, then this service is for you!

Healthy habits shouldn’t feel so hard. And if you’re like the hundreds of women I’ve talked with over the past couple of years, nutrition can feel downright confusing! With so much information available everywhere we look it’s impossible not to feel overwhelmed. That’s where I come in.

I’ve been in your shoes. The restrict-then-binge cycle, the yo-yo dieting, the missing out on a social life and time with your family because you’re eating measured food out of plastic containers, only to then eat your emotions the moment life gets stressful. I’ve been there.

I understand what it feels like to want so badly to feel comfortable in your skin, but you just can’t seem to stay on track. You feel like you don’t have enough willpower, but that’s not actually your issue.

The thing is, it’s not your fault! It’s not you that’s the problem. You shouldn’t have to use so much willpower in order to reach your goals. Willpower is finite, and because we don’t have an endless stream of willpower we need to have a better strategy. Lifelong habit change is not about white-knuckling your way through things you think you’re supposed to do to be healthy. Instead, it’s about loving your healthy habits so much that they begin to feel effortless.

You don’t need more self-discipline and you don’t need to have more self-control. What you really need is a coach who cares as much about your success as you do, and who can help you to discover your why so that you can reach your goals once and for all. I will help you to create a lifestyle that is doable so that you can sustain your healthy habits forever.


The Nutrition Audit is not for you if:

  • you have deep-rooted work to do related to nutrition and mindset and you would benefit more from investing in weekly coaching calls and a longer program (see my Lifestyle Program!)

  • you are looking for an arbitrary meal plan to follow and are not willing to work with me to create your own delicious meals

  • you like calorie counting or macro tracking, or restricting food groups via fad diets

  • you aren’t ready to learn how to eat for the rest of your life, which includes practicing appetite awareness and making mindset shifts related to your relationship with food

After spending years depriving myself of yummy foods and exercising way too much, I've finally found a balanced way of living that feels effortless. Does the Nutrition Audit include workouts?
Yes, the membership site includes a guide for creating your own postpartum-friendly workouts, plus my 12-week Lifestyle Program workouts! This program is a PDF download that you’ll have forever. It includes videos for every exercise, the workouts are only 20 minutes long, and all you need is a pair of dumbbells.

What happens on a coaching call?
We will talk through your current eating habits and explore what you are already doing well with your nutrition and where we can make small but long-lasting changes. I will help you discover how to make changes that feel doable and sustainable so that they last forever and become effortless. You will leave the call with a clear idea of what to focus on, as well as some major mindset shifts related to your relationship with food and your understanding of what it takes to create long-lasting habits.

Do you give me a meal plan and tell me what to eat?
No, because meal plans don’t work long-term. I will help you create your own meal plan related to your likes and dislikes, schedule, budget, and lifestyle. I will teach you how to figure out how much to put on your plate, and how to listen to hunger and fullness cues. This has been life-changing for the mamas I work with. No more counting, and no more obsessing over food. You’ll have all the education you need to keep going forever.

Who is the Nutrition Audit for?
This program is for action takers, meaning you are ready to make real commitments to your healthy habits so that you can finally achieve your goals. Working with a qualified coach is an investment (not only in yourself but in your family as well) and it's for women who are highly committed. If you are looking for a quick fix or have a deadline for your goals, then I am not the right coach for you. My clients achieve incredible success, but sustainable results take time. If you are not ready to be patient with consistency and trust the process, then this will not be a good fit.

What else is included?
In addition to the 90-minute coaching call, you will have unlimited text access to me for two weeks. You also will be enrolled in my membership site with videos and written content related to nutrition education, self-care, habits, metabolism, emotional eating, food prep, eating away from home (without bringing your food with you), plus an ongoing FAQs section with things like how to drink more water, how to navigate your period, how to avoid diet culture, and how to foam roll.
