WHY I CAN HELP YOU

Healthy habits shouldn’t feel so hard. And if you’re like the hundreds of women I’ve talked with over the past couple of years, nutrition can feel downright confusing! With so much information available everywhere we look it’s impossible not to feel overwhelmed. That’s where I come in.

I’ve been in your shoes. The restrict-then-binge cycle, the yo-yo dieting, the missing out on a social life and time with your family because you’re eating measured food out of plastic containers, only to then eat your emotions the moment life gets stressful. I’ve been there.

I understand what it feels like to want so badly to feel comfortable in your skin, but you just can’t seem to stay on track. You feel like you don’t have enough willpower, but that’s not actually your issue.


WHY IT’S NOT ABOUT WILLPOWER

The thing is, it’s not your fault! It’s not you that’s the problem. You shouldn’t have to use so much willpower in order to reach your goals. Willpower is finite, and because we don’t have an endless stream of willpower we need to have a better strategy. Lifelong habit change is not about white-knuckling your way through things you think you’re supposed to do to be healthy. Instead, it’s about loving your healthy habits so much that they begin to feel effortless.

You don’t need more self-discipline and you don’t need to have more self-control. What you really need is a coach who cares as much about your success as you do, and who can help you to discover your why so that you can reach your goals once and for all. I will help you to create a lifestyle that is doable so that you can sustain your healthy habits forever.


HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

We will create healthy, long-lasting habits that feel doable so that you can do them forever. My goal for every woman that works with me is that they won’t need me or any other coach ever again when our time together is over.

Your program is completely customized to you and your unique self. I guide you every step of the way in discovering the yummy foods you like that will work for you in order to nourish your body and support your goals. I teach you all about mindful eating so that you can discover not only what kinds of foods to eat but also how much and when.

And finally, I’ll take the stress out of your nutrition so that you can truly feel like the way you eat is effortless. We will address all things related to a healthy lifestyle including mindset, sleep, stress, and self-care.

Our time together includes:

  • weekly coaching calls via Zoom to check-in and troubleshoot current challenges or discuss new tools and strategies related to nutrition and mindset

  • 24/7 text and email access in between calls in order to support your progress every step of the way

  • knowledge about nutrition practices that work longterm, so that you never feel like you’re on a diet ever again

  • workout programming using available equipment and customized based on experience and goals, if you choose

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do the programs include workouts?
This will depend on your goals and preferences. You’ll have access to FIT MAMA as well as a 12-week workout program that you can do from the comfort of your home using just dumbbells.

What do the workouts include?
Depending on YOU, 3-5 workouts per week using equipment you have at home or equipment you have access to at a gym if you choose to go to one. All workouts will be 20-30 minutes long and safe for postpartum.

What happens on a coaching call?
On our first call we will talk through your current eating habits, explore what you are already doing well with your nutrition and where we can make small but long-lasting changes. I will help you discover how to make changes that feel doable and sustainable so that they last forever and become effortless. You will leave every call with a clear idea of what to focus on for the next week!

Do I “have to” work out if I’m doing a Nutrition Coaching program?
Nope! Focusing on nutrition is great. And we can always add workouts later.

Do you give me a meal plan and tell me what to eat?
No, because meal plans don’t work long-term. I will teach you how to figure out how much to put on your plate, and how to listen to hunger and fullness cues. This has been life-changing for the mamas I work with. No more counting, and no more obsessing over food. You’ll have all the education you need to keep going forever.

Who is the program for?
This program is for action takers, meaning you are ready to make real commitments to your healthy habits so that you can finally achieve your goals. My coaching program is an investment, not only in yourself but in your family as well, and it's reserved for women who are highly committed. If you are looking for a quick fix or have a deadline for your goals, this program is not right for you. My clients achieve incredible success, but sustainable results take time. If you are not ready to be patient with consistency and trust the process, then this program is not a good fit for you.

What else is included?
Every client has unlimited text access to me (because that’s the level of support I believe you need to find success) plus weekly check-in video calls. You also have access to my membership site with videos and written content related to nutrition education, self-care, habits, metabolism, emotional eating, your workouts and how to do them, food prep, eating away from home (without bringing your food with you), plus an ongoing FAQs section with things like how to drink more water, how to navigate your period, how to avoid diet culture, and how to foam roll.
