Who Am I?

Hey, I’m Brittany!

I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Specialist.

I help busy women stop dieting and start eating effortlessly.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked with hundreds of moms and professionals through workshops, courses, and 1:1 coaching — helping them rebuild their habits around food, movement, and mindset in a way that actually lasts.

My philosophy is simple: health shouldn’t feel like punishment. I believe in sustainable, flexible habits that make space for joy — in eating real meals, moving your body in ways that feel good, and living a life that doesn’t revolve around restriction or guilt.

I learned that lesson the hard way. For years, I lived in a cycle of overexercising and undereating, thinking that was the only way to feel strong and in control. But it only left me more frustrated and disconnected from my body.

Everything shifted when I realized that true health and happiness aren’t found in extremes — they’re built on balance. Once I started listening to my body’s cues, eating enough, and training appropriately, my life changed.

Now, that’s what I help other women find — clarity, confidence, and a way of taking care of themselves that feels effortless and freeing, not restrictive or exhausting.

    • Prep work: You’ll get a short intake form before we meet so I can understand your goals, challenges, and priorities.

    • The call: We’ll meet on Zoom for 60 minutes and talk through what’s been getting in your way, what’s important to you, and how to move forward in a way that feels realistic and doable.

    • Personalized notes: After the call, you’ll get a summary of what we discussed — with clear, simple next steps you can start right away.

    • Two weeks of support: You’ll have access to me by email for two weeks after your call for any follow-up questions, as well as accountability check-ins.

    • BONUS: You’ll also receive my 28-day email course to help you practice the exact habits we talk about in your session — giving you a full month of email support!

    You’ll finish with a plan that’s not only clear but feels sustainable — one that fits your real life, not an idealized version of it.

  • We’ll meet over Zoom for a relaxed, focused conversation about what’s happening right now — what you’ve tried, what’s not working, and how you want to feel.
